Her har vi en dønn original og rustfri Volvo , fra første hele produksjonsår. Volvo ble introdusert høsten og bare biler ble produsert på slutten av dette året. Dette er en veldig tidlig utgave og har produksjonsnummer Bilen har gått på Tolga i hele sitt liv på saltfrie veier og er helt rustfri og urørt. Har vært eid av samme familie i 47 år. Kmstanden er ca km, noe som tilsvarer ca km i året på 53 år.  Bilen har antagelig kun gått til Posten og Samvirkelaget på Tolga og kanskje en tur på Polet på Tynset av og til.

Dette er forøvrig den aller første Volvo som ble solgt av Volvo på Tynset. Har også en av Volvos mest attraktive farger, Volvo rød kode Går fremdeles på sitt originale 4-sifrede D nummer.

Vi kjøpte denne unike bilen usett, med et håp om at originallakken kunne reddes, men anser at denne trenger en ny lakkering. Det er øye som ser som bestemmer og bilen har sin sjarme med sin originale lakk og «patina». Uansett er dette et fantastisk utgangspunkt hva enn du tenker, patinert originalbil, strøken tidlig , utgangspunkt for historisk rally osv.

Bilen er i fantastisk teknisk stand og nylig Eu godkjent. Interiøret er så godt som strøkent uten slitasjemerker. D

    History of the Volvo Car


    In August , Volvo presented a new 4-door fordon called the Volvo It represented the start of an entirely new car series which, until the mids, accounted for Volvo's volume models.

    The styling of the was truly timeless and this is confirmed by the fact that the fordon in developed form was still being sold successfully in the mids. The characteristic features of this car included the large areas of glass and three side windows.

    The was a very spacious fordon with a large luggage compartment. The Volvo also included many new safety features. In addition to the body with its energy-absorbing zones front and rear, there was a unique braking system in which both braking circuits comprised three wheels. Disc brakes were also used on all four wheels. The interior had no protruding parts and there were safety belts for the driver and front-seat passenger.
